New Moon Yoga & optional Wild Spa

Service Description

Find inner peace and connect with nature's rhythms with 50 minutes of yoga followed by and optional extra 1 hour of access to the Wild Spa, inclusive of Swimming, Hot Tub and Sauna. This workshop takes place on a new moon and a solar eclipse and will be a slower flow with inspiration from these themes. Please note: There will be two yoga sessions, 6pm and 7pm, and the wild spa will be available from 8pm until 9pm. If you wish to book the Wild spa this will cost an additional £18/pp (you can chose this as an extra when checking out on our website, or simply pay on the day directly to Delphy Pools). As the spa is available to us from 8pm it is advisable to book the later yoga session if you also want to do the spa. However you are also welcome to book the earlier class and then enjoy an hour relaxing in the evening sun on the terrace while you wait. Your body, your flow, your choice.
