Join us for 2 hours of quirky contemporary dance fun! Open level class (ages 16+).
A great space to make new friends and move your body whether you're a seasoned dancer or just a fan of strictly.
5:30pm - 7:30pm at The Space, Priory RD, Bodmin. Saturday June 14th. Bring water and wear clothes that allow you to move freely, bare feet or socks, no shoes.

New Moon Yoga, Sauna & Cold Plunge Workshops at Mike Munds in Bodmin
Find inner peace and connect with nature's rhythms with this 1 hour yoga class, followed by 1 hour of access to the recovery suite, inclusive of chill-tubs and the sauna.
This wellbeing retreat is based on the moorlands of scenic North Cornwall and offers a rejuvenating opportunity to reconnect with nature, forge new friendships with like-minded individuals, enhance your physical well-being and focus on cultivating positive self-dialogue. Each retreat I run is unique and takes a holistic approach to well-being. All activities are included but optional.

1 x Wellness Warriors Class (yoga, pilates, functional fitness blend)

Nutritional talk + Q&A "forming a healthy relationship with food" (guest practitioner)

1x wild swimming session & access to a wood fired hot tub

A guided hike passing wild and farmed animals, and historic local landmarks

Guided journaling (around the campfire if weather permits)

7x Nutritious meals and unlimited hot beverages

2 Nights accommodation options include yurts (shared and single occupancy), the snug (shared occupancy with bunk beds) and personal tent/van camping (no hook up).
