Classes for all abilities
We love to welcome beginners into the world of creative movement, there's no experience required to join a class at North Cornwall Dance & Fitness. Our group sessions cover dance, yoga, well-being, and fitness, with options to adjust the intensity to suit your preferences. We embrace a diverse range of skillsets and movers as we believe in learning from and inspiring one another, without the pressure of competition. Our classes provide you with a friendly, fun, and supportive atmosphere for you to express and better yourself in.
Ways to help you save money
No matter how many classes you & your family attends, we've got you covered. From generous pay-termly discounts and monthly class bundles, to sibling/family deals, there's a lot of flexible options, because we understand that some people work different shifts each week or might have different clubs to juggle. Our aims and values
Our Aim: at North Cornwall Dance and Fitness our vision is to provide members of the local community with accessible dance and movement classes, to inspire them to learn, unite and to grow both inside and outside of the studio. Our commitment to promoting wellbeing through movement is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that dance, yoga and similar practices are not only a fun way to get healthy, but also a powerful tool for psychological development. That's why our classes are designed to nurture your skills and abilities, while also boosting your confidence and self-esteem.

Safety - Dance is a sport after all, so it's key that we help our members to understand the importance of injury prevention strategies and personal safety guidelines, for a more enjoyable, sustainable practice or career.

200 hours YTT training.
Over 4 years of dance teaching experience.
Masters degree in creative practice. (currently studying)
